We are currently looking to hire a motivated professional for the position of Finance Controller.
You will report to the Finance Director. This role allows you to collaborate and interact with people across the Division.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Reporting & Controlling
o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with the requirements
o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies/ legal requirements
o Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
o Provide variance analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior periods
o Collaborate with local management to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
o Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles
o Support audit processes and liaise with internal auditors
o Support sustainability reporting
· Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting, and statutory regulations
o Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risks
· Business Partnering
o Support the Finance Director with financial insights to drive performance, cost efficiency and profitability
o Provide support with business cost simulations for various elements before projects’ launch and before MPR submission for CAPEX / OPEX approvals
o Partner with the SEE Finance team to deliver group-wide financial initiatives, systems rollouts and process improvements
Необходими квалификации и качества
· Education:
o University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
· Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting
o Solid understanding of Bulgarian national accounting standards
o Proven experience in multinational companies
· Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems
o Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
· Language Skills:
o Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
· Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management
o High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
