Synevo is the provider of choice for diagnostic services in Bulgaria, offering more than 1,300 routine and advanced tests across all major clinical pathology areas. In 2022 Synevo Bulgaria operates a national network of 6 clinical laboratories and 35 blood drawing points, performing more than 1 million tests yearly.

In connection with the expansion of its activity, Synevo Bulgaria seeks to appoint a motivated professional for the position of “Marketing and Communications Specialist”.

As a core member of the Marketing team, your task will be to effectively communicate marketing strategies and corresponding tactics to patients and doctors. Your efforts will be crucial to properly activate and deliver marketing campaigns among the targeted audiences, both B2C and B2B.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Based on assessment, drafts and proposes effective communications campaigns.
  • Monitors the marketing budget and tracks ROI for marketing campaigns; evaluates the success of campaigns when completed.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by tracking consumer requirements and market trends.
  • Conducts in-depth competitors analysis; assesses competition’s strengths and weaknesses in the marketplace; proposes actions to improve Synevo’s competitive advantages.
  • Produces marketing materials to promote services offered by the company as an independent medical diagnostic laboratory.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team in producing high-quality, creative, and engaging content.
  • Creates compelling and engaging copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, landing pages, flyers, brochures, social media posts, paid ads, emails, internal newsletters, video scripts, and more.
  • Coordinates the design of promotional materials for doctors and patients and their distribution by working closely alongside web and graphic designers and ensuring messages are clear.
  • Works closely with Commercial, Medical, Human Resources, and other internal departments to define communication requirements.
  • Collaborates with the Sales team to fully understand product and communication needs to optimize the brand’s messages and their delivery.
  • Conducts product trainings for the Sales team.
  • Promotes Synevo’s products and services during medical and social events and staffs the company booth.
  • Networks with industry experts and key opinion leaders to build partnerships and utilize them for potential PR and marketing collaborations.
  • Coordinates the day-to-day operation and management of the company intranet and distributes corporate communication internally.

Необходими квалификации и качества

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field OR 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Communications.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing communications campaigns in a healthcare company.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient level of Bulgarian (speaking & writing).
  • Proficient level of English (speaking & writing).
  • Ability to successfully work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated positive energy to work with internal and external teams effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish personal objectives to meet established deadlines.
  • Highly organized professional that produces accurate, high-quality work with an eye for presenting visual materials.
  • Basic Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus.
