Synevo is the provider of choice for diagnostic services in Bulgaria, offering more than 1,500 routine and advanced tests across all major clinical pathology areas. In 2024 Synevo Bulgaria operates a national network of 11 clinical laboratories and 70 blood drawing points, performing more than 1 million tests yearly.

In connection with the expansion of its activity, Synevo Bulgaria seeks to appoint a motivated professional for the position of Sales Analyst.

Sales Analyst Responsibilities:
Develops periodic (daily / weekly / monthly) and ad hoc reports in order to measure and monitor sales performance on sales channels, portfolios, services, customers.
Checks and analyses the data processed in the reports and formulates conclusions based on them;
Administration, verification and processing of the CRM database and other internal databases – Identifies data quality problems, signals them to the responsible teams, enters/corrects information when necessary
Updating and managing the portfolios of the sales teams.
Training and support for CRM users

Необходими квалификации и качества

Degree in economics, marketing or statistics would be preferred.
Experience in reporting, sales analysis or related jobs.
Attention to details and analytical thinking, Good organizational skills, Ability to work in a team but also independently, Proactivity, Integrity and honesty, Communication and presentation skills.
Technical knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software
Very good English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
